Can you imagine not being able to do what makes you happy? To have your freedom of choice completely removed from you? It's difficult to imagine, right? There are 31+ million people around the world right now who have no choice at all and are living each day by someone else's full control.
There is hope and I need your help! Lets celebrate our FREEDOM TO SING and raise as much needed funds for Durga Tree International projects & programs as we can! Here's HOW we're going to do it...
- ACCEPT: Accept the "K" challenge
- RECORD: Within 24hrs - Take a video of yourself singing (wherever you may be) or have someone record you singing
- UPLOAD: Upload your video to social media, use #KChallenge #DurgaTree, along w/ my personal fundraising URL link
- TAG: Tag/Challenge at least 3 of your friends
- GIVE: Make a donation to the "K" challenge fundraising page!
For those that know me, know very well that singing fills up my soul. I sing every chance that I get..in the shower, packing my daughter's lunchbox, in the car, while I am cleaning the house...I am sure there are many of you reading this and nodding because you or someone you know does the same thing! It doesn't matter to me if I sound amazing or not, singing automatically lifts my spirits and makes me happy.
